The Sheet Society are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager. Help shape the future of one of Australia fastest growing ecommerce brands, work directly alongside the founders and be an integral part of the brand’s growth.
Build, lead and develop a high performing ecommerce fulfilment team at our new 3000m2 facility in Brunswick. The role will be responsible for management of the entire warehouse facility and supporting team. This includes the management of WMS & inventory system integrations, creation and optimisation of all warehouse fulfillments and receiving processes and champion of safety. The Warehouse Manager plays a vital part in how customers experience our brand.
You’ll have 5+ years experience in Warehouse / Operations within a high growth ecommerce business
You’re a tech savvy, with an innate love for problem solving, accuracy and efficiency.
You have next level attention to detail and know how to make systems, software and processes work for you.
You’re not afraid to use new technology or adapt to a better more efficient way of working, even if that means learning new processes.

What you’ll be doing
Overall responsibility for the movement and accuracy of Inventory from the point of production.
Work closely with Marketing to ensuring product availability aligns with campaign schedule.
Implementing and executing pre-order processes, ensuring commitment to customer ship by dates.
Implement replenishment processes for our retail stores
Ownership, management and reporting on stock holdings to maintain efficient use of working capital.
Management of sample sale stock processes and storage.
Safety & People
Develop and maintain safety management systems, OH&S policies, and imbed into the culture.
Ensure warehouse is compliant to all workplace safety requirements.
Workforce rostering, recruitment, training and development.
Overall management of order fulfilment processes.
Build, lead and inspire a world class ecommerce fulfilment team.
Develop and optimise super efficient, pick, pack and ship processes.
Develop efficient and accurate goods-in and replenishment processes
Achieve industry leading shipping cut off times for order dispatch, and implement processes to continually excel in customer experience.
Manage and optimise relationships with our inbound and outbound freight partners
Track, maintain and improve DIFOT.
Responsibility for managing replenishment processes for all packaging supplies.
Accountability for domestic operational P+L, and reporting.
Become the inhouse guru on our systems, and flow of information to create seamless integrated and automated processes from order to dispatch.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, and the schedule of incoming containers.
