Growth Marketing Manager
You are a seasoned digital marketer who has a history of building brands, working through customer life-cycles and identifying growth opportunities in the market.
You're a gun with metrics and get your kicks from moving the needle.
Extensive experience in directly managing performance media (Facebook and Google primarily).
International markets experience (US and UK) in performance media.
Strong digital marketing skills and demonstrated ability to optimise funnels.
Demonstrated success in start-up business/small business with large scale revenue growth
Strong reporting skills using various digital platforms and analytics e.g. Google, Facebook.
Extreme attention to detail, this role will need to understand the full picture and why certain operational decisions are made, but then happy to operate in the weeds.
Excellent analytic knowledge and skills; strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to source and interrogate data.
Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and mindsets, you know what it takes to drive the needle.
What you'll be doing
Executing paid performance marketing strategies including the planning and executing of Pay Per Click, Programmatic, and personalised campaigns
You will bring together our acquisition and retention channels to ensure the funnel is optimised at all stages of the customer cycle.
Working closely with the performance marketing agency, developing scalable programmatic approaches, building and activating strategic and profitable audiences, and multi-channel campaign deployment.
Highly developed analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights alongside a deep understanding of performance media (Facebook, Google)
Develop out an attribution model for all paid advertisements that assist with gaining audience insights and informs the spend allocation.
Defining The Sheet Society’s customer acquisition and retention goals
Develop out customer and growing lifetime value to inform marketing spend and strategic campaign decisions.
Creating, executing and evolving a strategy for digital acquisition and retention across all online channels.
Responsible for the always-on, and triggered/automated communications email marketing.
Identify opportunities to optimise the multiple funnels and improve key performance metrics from prospect to customer and growing lifetime value.
Work with the performance marketing agency to manage and further develop the existing methodologies for allocation and optimisation of marketing spend and adapt the bidding models as required to drive up sales volume and drive down customer acquisition costs.
Analyse date to inform decisions for how, when, and where to spend the marketing budget.
Working with the creative team explore opportunities on both new and old channels and where audience opportunities lie.
Continual cycle of test-and-learn to drive growth and performance improvements.
Continuously look at audience segmenting and manage the optimisation of campaigns to increase effectiveness.
Day-to-day management of the performance marketing agency.
With one direct report, this role will coach the team, build engagement and capability while delivering on business revenue goals.
