The cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed for a change of mind returns. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number obtained after contacting us.

All of the sheets in our EDEN range are made from 350 thread count 100% Long Staple Cotton. The fabric we use is a ‘Sateen Weave’ which gives it a soft shiny luxurious finish.
Our EDEN range is made from 350 thread count 100% Long Staple Cotton fabric. Treat the fabric with love and care by washing in cool water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. If you need to tumble dry, make sure its on a low setting. With each wash, your sheets will continue to soften.
We recommend washing your sheets every two weeks and ideally, sheets should be completely replaced every 2 years to keep them fresh.

We’ve worked really hard to try and make sure that the colours are shown on the screen match what your expecting to receive. Please note that exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be classed as a ‘change of mind’.
We offer free fabric swatches of our EDEN range coloured styles so you can check and make sure the colours go with your vibe before committing to purchase!

We pay to ship each order in Australia via Standard shipping at no cost to you. We use Australia Post to ship all of our parcels and information relating to tracking & delivery will be sent to you via email as soon as your goods have been shipped.
All orders are shipped by Australia Parcel Post from our Kensington, Melbourne HQ.
